Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you contact us WITHIN 2 HOURS placing your order, we can make changes to the order or cancel it for you.

What if I want to speak to someone?

Do you deliver to hospitals

Since COVID, we have seen a number of issues arise with deliveries to hospitals. Some hospitals do not accept deliveries, some hospitals to not pass the parcel from delivery point to maternity ward promptly and the new parents leave the hospital before receiving the gift.

Sometimes the parcel arrives after the parents have left the hospital over the weekend. Once the parcel is delivered is it very difficult to recover. 

We advise to avoid sending gifts to hospitals

How long will it take to receive my order?

All our items are shipped from our SYDNEY warehouse.

Kindly note different items have different processing times. All our nappy cakes, baby gift boxes and baby hampers are made to order. Please allow 24hrs from when the order is placed to when it is sent out.

Prints and framed wall art, please allow 1-3 days for us to print and frame your picture.

Delivery times depend on delivery postcode. We are located in Sydney. Typically delivery times are;

Capital / Metro areas: 1-3 days
Regional Areas: 2-5 days
Remote Areas: 5-10 days

Help - My order has gone missing!

We send out all our parcels with SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

This way, if you are not home to received it, it is taken to the Local Post Office (LPO) for collection.

This prevents parcels going being stolen from letterboxes / front of house and ensures your parcel makes it to you! If it late or missing with signature required, kindly contact us and we can deal with Australia Post through our merchant account on your behalf.

If you opt to have your parcel delivered without signature, we cannot accept responsibility if the parcel goes missing / says it's been delivered but you can't find it in the "safe place" Australia Post left it.

Where are your items made?

We use Australian Cotton

Our items are shipped from our Sydney Warehouse.

Our T-Shirts, Hoodies, Crew Necks are made with Australian Cotton, supporting Australian Farmers.

WRAP certified - safe, legal and ethical manufacturing processes

We hand print our designs on products that are manufactured in Vietnam and China.

Gifting Questions

Do you send Tax Invoices

A TAX INVOICE is sent to the email address used when placing the order.

No. We never send any form of receipt, tax invoice or anything else that will show the recipient how much the gift cost.

Can I add a greeting card

Yes. Please add your message to the order notes section at checkout.

Can I create my own Gift

Yes. First step to creating your own custom gift box is adding a the packaging you would like to your order. Then add all the things you would like to send as a gift and we'll beautifully arrange your items in the gift box. When you purchase a gift box, this comes with a greeting card, so don't forget to write the message you would like us to include on the card.
