We've compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions.

I'M PAYING WITH AMEX AND GET A 'ZIP CODE' ERROR MESSAGE

If you are attempting to pay with an AMEX card but keep getting an error message saying "zip code does not match billing address" this means the zip code / postcode in the billing address is different to the post code AMEX have as the billing address. If it is a CORPORATE AMEX, the most common solution is it's the person's personal address postcode not the corporate address postcode.

DO YOU DELIVER TO HOSPITALS?

Since COVID, we have seen a number of issues arise with deliveries to hospitals. Some hospitals do not accept deliveries, some hospitals to not pass the parcel from delivery point to maternity ward promptly and the new parents leave the hospital before receiving the gift.

Sometimes the parcel arrives after the parents have left the hospital over the weekend. Once the parcel is delivered is it very difficult to recover. 

We advise to avoid sending gifts to hospitals

IS A TAX INVOICE / RECEIPT SENT WITH THE BABY GIFT?

No. We never send any form of receipt, tax invoice or anything else that will show the recipient how much the gift cost.

THE GIFT I ORDERED WAS A CORPORATE GIFT, CAN I GET A TAX INVOICE?

Yes. Please get in contact with us if you would like is to send you a copy of your tax invoice 

CAN I GET A CARD INCLUDED WITH THE GIFT?

Yes. There should be a box where you can add a message to be included on the card on the product page, BEFORE YOU ADD THE ITEM TO YOUR CART for all our baby gift boxes, nappy cakes and baby hampers.  If you create your own baby gift box, before you add the GIFT BOX to your cart there should be a box.

If you are having trouble you can always include a note on your order in the NOTES section and if you place the order and then realise no message was included, no problems - just email us the message to be included.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

All our items are shipped from our SYDNEY warehouse.

Kindly note different items have different processing times. All our nappy cakes, baby gift boxes and baby hampers are made to order. Please allow 24hrs from when the order is placed to when it is sent out.

Prints and framed wall art, please allow 1-3 days for us to print and frame your picture.

Delivery times depend on delivery postcode. We are located in Sydney. Typically delivery times are;

Capital / Metro areas: 1-2 days
Regional Areas: 2-5 days
Remote Areas: 5-10 days

CAN I CREATE MY OWN CUSTOM BABY GIFT BOX?

Yes. First step to creating your own custom gift box is adding a GIFT BOX to your order. Then add all the things you would like to send as a gift and we'll beautifully arrange your items in the gift box. When you purchase a gift box, this comes with a greeting card, so don't forget to write the message you would like us to include on the card.
